Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using DopeSMS (the “Service”), creating an account, purchasing wallet credits, or otherwise interacting with our platform at dopesms.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Service immediately. Continued use of DopeSMS after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

DopeSMS is an SMS verification number reseller platform. We aggregate upstream telephony providers and resell short-lived virtual phone numbers that can receive one-time passwords (OTPs) and SMS verification codes from third-party services.

The Service includes:

• Short-lived numbers — single-use numbers valid for one SMS, typically ~15 minutes.
• Long-lived subscriptions — rented numbers that can receive multiple SMS over hours, days, or weeks.
• A wallet system funded in Nigerian Naira (₦) for purchasing numbers.
• A web dashboard for order management and SMS history.

We do not control, own, or operate the underlying upstream providers. Availability of services, countries, and numbers depends entirely on third-party supply.

To use DopeSMS, you must create an account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during signup and keep it updated.
• Maintain the security of your password and authentication credentials.
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
• Notify us immediately at the contact details below if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

Authentication is handled through Supabase Auth. You may register using an email and password. We may, at our sole discretion, refuse registration, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to use DopeSMS.

DopeSMS uses a prepaid wallet. You add funds to your wallet before purchasing numbers. The following funding methods are supported:

• Paystack — instant card, bank transfer, USSD and mobile money top-ups in Nigerian Naira (₦).
• Manual bank transfer — pending admin approval. You submit a reference; we credit your wallet once the transfer is verified.
• Admin credit — promotional credits or adjustments issued by the DopeSMS team.

All wallet balances are denominated in Nigerian Naira (₦). Prices displayed for numbers are inclusive of any service fees but exclusive of upstream provider costs, which we absorb into our margin.

Wallet credits are non-transferable between accounts and have no cash value. We do not pay interest on wallet balances.

Numbers purchased on DopeSMS are intended for receiving SMS verification codes from supported services. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Short-lived numbers are valid for a single SMS only. After the first SMS arrives (or the rental window expires, whichever comes first), the number is released back to the upstream pool.
• We make no guarantees that a number will successfully receive an SMS from any particular third-party service. The third-party service may blocklist the number, rate-limit it, or reject it for any reason outside our control.
• Long-lived subscriptions are billed for the entire rental period, regardless of how many SMS are received.
• You are responsible for the content of the SMS you attempt to receive and the service you are verifying against.
• Numbers cannot be used to make outgoing calls or send outgoing SMS. They are receive-only.

You agree not to use DopeSMS for any of the following:

• Fraud, identity theft, impersonation, or any deceptive practice.
• Money laundering, terrorist financing, or sanctions evasion.
• Creating accounts on platforms to spam, harass, threaten, or stalk other people.
• Bypassing bans, suspensions, or permanent blocks placed on you by a third-party service.
• Any activity that violates local, national, or international law, regulation, or court order.
• Reselling DopeSMS numbers or access to the Service without our written permission.
• Automated scraping, mining, or bulk-enumeration of numbers, prices, or services.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to derive source code or underlying logic of the platform.
• Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Service or the data contained therein.

Violations may result in immediate account termination, wallet forfeiture, and referral to relevant authorities.

We want you to feel confident buying numbers on DopeSMS. Our refund rules are:

• Code does not arrive. If a short-lived number expires without an SMS arriving, the full purchase price is automatically refunded to your wallet within minutes of expiry. No action is required from you.
• Invalid or wrong code. If you receive an SMS but the code does not work for the target service, you may open a dispute from the order detail page. Approved disputes are refunded to your wallet.
• Long-lived subscriptions. Refunds for active subscriptions are prorated based on unused rental time, minus any non-refundable upstream costs already incurred.
• Wallet top-ups. Funds added to your wallet are not redeemable for cash. They can only be used to purchase numbers on DopeSMS or transferred back out at our sole discretion in cases of platform error.

All content, branding, logos, design, code, and documentation on DopeSMS are the property of DopeSMS Technologies or our licensors and are protected by Nigerian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal or internal business verification needs. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our content.
• Use our trademarks, logos, or brand without prior written consent.
• Frame or mirror any part of the Service on another website or service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DopeSMS, its directors, employees, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
• Damages resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the Service; (b) any third-party conduct on the Service; (c) unauthorized access to your account; or (d) any third-party service’s decision to block, reject, or fail to deliver an SMS.

In no event shall our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service exceed the total amount you have paid to DopeSMS in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or ₦50,000, whichever is lower.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Nigerian law.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Service, our practices, or applicable law. When we make material changes, we will:

• Update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
• Notify active account holders via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before changes take effect.

Continued use of the Service after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service and may close your account.
